Care Instructions

The mattress of The Pillow Bed is machine washable. Wash at 30°C, then allow to air dry.

We recommend, at a minimum, removing the stuffing once a month to allow it to air, reducing moisture buildup and maintaining freshness.

Many of our products are made to order. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 days for dispatch. Typically, orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery times varying by location.

All shipments include insurance at no extra cost.

Please note: bespoke items are non-refundable; however, we can make adjustments to ensure the coat fits your dog perfectly. For full details, please refer to our shipping and returns policy.

International Shipping

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us via email. You may be among the first customers ordering from your region, and we’re happy to assist.

US Tariffs

All parcels shipped to the U.S. will now have a tariff of just 10% of the parcel’s value.

For example:
If you order a size Extra Small (£30 / $40), the tariff will be £3 / $4.

After you place your order, we’ll send an invoice for the tariff amount plus a small £0.50 ($0.67) handling fee charged by Royal Mail. Rest assured, we don’t make any profit from this charge.

You will receive an email with your invoice for the applicable tariff fees. Payment is kindly requested within 30 days of receipt. Should payment not be received within this period, your order will be refunded. Please note that a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund.
