All Items Are Made to Order

Please note that all West & Jones products are made to order. Production times may vary depending on workload:

  • Quieter periods: 1–5 days

  • Busier periods: 7–14 days

If there are any unexpected delays, our team will contact you promptly to keep you informed.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in England and our annual Christmas/New Year closure). 
Note: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

If you place multiple orders before your first parcel has been dispatched, we will combine them wherever possible and refund one of your shipping charges — a small gesture of thanks for your continued support.


UK Mainland Shipping

All items are shipped fully insured with a tracking number:

  • Next Day Delivery (Clothing): £10.75

  • 1st Class Delivery (Beds): £14.99–£30 (depending on size)

Please note: Ordering multiple items may increase shipping costs (e.g., two Large Pillow Beds = £29.98). Shipping is charged at cost — we make no profit.


International Shipping

All international orders are fully insured for your peace of mind. Import duties and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us — you may be our first customer from your region, and we’d be delighted to assist personally.

Delivery Times: Typically 7–14 working days after completion, though delays may occur during busy periods or customs processing. Every item is handmade to order to ensure the highest standards.

Shipping to the United States


The US Administration has introduced a new policy that will significantly change how overseas parcels are handled by lowering the de minimis threshold — the value under which goods can enter the US duty and tax-free (previously $800). While we were previously unaffected, small business shipments may now incur processing fees of $80–$160 per parcel, or 10% import duty.

All parcels shipped to the U.S. will now have a tariff of just 10% of the parcel’s value.

For example:
If you order a size 50 Playcoat (£100 / $133), the tariff will be £10 / $13.3.

After you place your order, we’ll send an invoice for the tariff amount plus a small £0.50 ($0.67) handling fee charged by Royal Mail. Rest assured, we don’t make any profit from this charge.

You will receive an email with your invoice for the applicable tariff fees. Payment is kindly requested within 30 days of receipt. Should payment not be received within this period, your order will be refunded. Please note that a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to protect your items in transit. Wherever possible, we use recyclable or biodegradable materials (99% of our packaging), reflecting our commitment to quality and sustainability.
