    You may enter as many times as you wish. We’re looking for a name that captures the character of the design, but also holds a personal meaning for you and your dog — perhaps inspired by a favourite place you’ve visited, a cherished memory, or even the name of a much-loved companion.

    We will select our winning name and contact the winner directly by email. If we do not receive a response, we will move on to our second favourite entry.

    Please note that if the winner is based outside the UK, they will be responsible for any applicable shipping, import duties and customs fees.

    The winning name will be announced on 9th October 2026.

Entry Terms & Conditions

1. The Competition
These terms and conditions apply to the online competition to name a new West & Jones product variation (the “Competition”).


2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Entries are welcome from both the UK and overseas, unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Enter
Entries must be submitted through the designated online entry form. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may submit.

Each entry should suggest a name for the new design. Entrants are encouraged to choose a name that reflects the character of the design and has a personal meaning to them or their dog, such as a favourite place, memory or companion.

4. The Winning Name
West & Jones will select the name it considers most suitable for the new design. The decision of West & Jones is final.

The winning entrant will be contacted directly by email. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to select an alternative winning entry.

The winning name will be announced on 

9th October 2026.

5. Use of the Winning Name
By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that West & Jones may choose to use a submitted name for the new product variation.

Once a winning name has been selected and announced, West & Jones will have the right to use that name in connection with the product, including in relation to its manufacture, packaging, marketing, advertising, website, social media and other promotional materials, without further payment or permission being required.

The winning entrant will retain the right to withdraw their entry only up until 11:59pm on 8th October 2026. Any request to withdraw must be made in writing by email before this deadline.

After 9th October 2026, the winning entrant will no longer have the right to withdraw the winning name or prevent West & Jones from using it.

6. Originality of Entries
By submitting an entry, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, the name is your own suggestion and does not knowingly infringe the intellectual property rights of another person or business.

West & Jones reserves the right to reject any entry that it considers inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or unsuitable for the brand.

7. Prize
The winning entrant will receive the prize of a Playcoat that would fit your dog or cat in the Competition announcement. This prize cannot be returned. 

If the winner is based outside the UK, they will be responsible for all applicable international shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes and any other fees associated with delivery of the prize to their country.

West & Jones cannot be responsible for delays, additional charges or other costs imposed by customs authorities or delivery providers in the winner’s country.

8. Personal Information
Personal information provided as part of the Competition will be used for the purpose of administering the Competition, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize. Personal information will be handled in accordance with West & Jones’ applicable Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Competition
West & Jones reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

10. Acceptance of These Terms
By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
